Osticket 1.18.1 mail MXplan OVH.

Bonjour,
je viens d'installer Osticket 1.18.1 et je n'arrive pas à configurer mes mails.
Mon mail est du MXplan OVH.
Une idée ?

I’d recommend reaching out to your mail administrator and/or mail provider to get the appropriate connection information and authentication information for the email in question. You can review the Email Documentation below:

We do not have a guide specific for MXplan OVH but all you need is the hostname, port number, and authentication information. There may be 3rd party guides online somewhere but I’ve never heard of MXplan OVH so I’m not sure on that.

Je n'arrive pas à le faire fonctionner et impossible de trouver des logs chez OVH.
Par contre, cela fonctionne parfairement chez AMEN

Then it appears you’ll need to reach out to OVH to see what the issue could be. Without further logs it’d be near impossible to tell.

After a super quick google search this appears to be the relevant OVH MX Plan documentation:

Scroll down to the "View an email account from a device" section. This is assuming you are using the .ovh.ca version. I'm not familiar with OVH so idk if they have different versions or not.
