When we set the Due Date on the ticket, it's usually 6 hours late than the time we set. We are using the latest version v1.17.5, please help.

Sounds like a time zone issue. Make sure the database timezone is in UTC and everything else (PHP, system, agent profile, etc.) in your company's main time zone.

MySQL timezone should be UTC.

Web server PHP ini also set the same locate timezone. check server date timezone using command line: timedatectl
