2 factor Authentication is not working

I have just installed osticket and enabled multifactor authentication, unfortunately i am not able to receive the token on my email hence stuck to proceed with my setup.[upl-image-preview. it is just loading attached are the screenshots am using osTicket 1.18.

You need a working system email with SMTP configured so you can send emails from the system including alerts, account related stuff like 2FA codes/password resets, etc. You can disable the setting via the _config table in the database; just look for “2fa”.

Wrong setting, the setting is actually called require_agent_2fa.
