Hi, I would like to check why Post a Reply & Internal Notes allow to write both in the same time. But when click post, it is not posting both? I need to click Post Reply on "Post a Reply" and then Post Note on "Internal Notes"

That’s simply how it functions and why they have separate tabs. If we allowed to post them at the same time they’d be within the same tab.
