New to OSticket

I am new to OSticket, Can anybody help me with the steps I need to do or files I need or a part of code needed.
I am fetching emails from the server; I want to create the ticket and store in my local database but I am stuck after fetching , what shall I do further so that ticket should be created. I am trying to understand the complete functioning of OSTicket.

What do you mean exactly? Like what exactly are you looking for? The core functionality of osTicket is to fetch emails and create Tickets from them.

KevinTheJedi I am trying to understand how mails are being fetched; understand the code basically. I am trying to replicate it in order to understand the core concept. I am able to fetch the emails, however, unable to create a ticket. All this, I am doing is on my local machine.

Ah, I can't help you there. You simply need to follow the pipline of the code. We basically get the raw contents of the email, parse the information into an array of key/values, and then pass the array of data to the Ticket::create() method. The code is fully open-source and available on Github. I wish you good luck as osTicket is monstrous and hard to follow sometimes.
