To add to what Kevin said, the system does not randomly delete passwords.
If this is happening you likely have a much larger issue, like:
- your host being compromised
- or one of your Agents is resetting their passwords,
- or you have people account sharing.
You should check the logs and your security on the device.
Once you have upgraded you can install the Audit :: Audit Log plugin.
(Although you might be able to run it now as the web site says it requires osTicket 1.14+ I'm not sure try running it on such an old version)
