Hello everyone. Please can someone help me: in the osTicket version (v1.14.1) I have the problem that the users' password is randomly deleted and it is necessary to reset it so that they can enter the system as authenticated users. Thanks for your help.

    You are running an old, unsupported version of osTicket. You’ll need to upgrade to the latest and retest.

    To add to what Kevin said, the system does not randomly delete passwords.
    If this is happening you likely have a much larger issue, like:

    • your host being compromised
    • or one of your Agents is resetting their passwords,
    • or you have people account sharing.

    You should check the logs and your security on the device.

    Once you have upgraded you can install the Audit :: Audit Log plugin.
    (Although you might be able to run it now as the web site says it requires osTicket 1.14+ I'm not sure try running it on such an old version)
