Exchange Online

Hi,
We currently have an on Prem Exchange mail server which we will be migrating to Exchange online (365) in August. is OSTicket able to fetch and send emails from the support@example.com email account on Exchange online? I did a quick google search and found instructions how to login to Osticket using Exchange online accounts. All we need is to be able to fetch and send emails.

Of course, as long as it supports IMAP/POP3 and SMTP. You'd have to check with your mail admin to see what authentication is available (ie. Basic/Legacy Auth [username + password] or Modern Auth [OAuth2]).
