Hello everyone,
does anyone have experience or can someone tell me where I can insert a custom element with dropdown functionality in the "sticky bar opaque fixed"? To be more specific, we have created a list of various categories in our osticket installation to facilitate the work of the agents. The elements in this list are also integrated into the helptopic form, and they look like this:

To the left of the status change button, such a dropdown button with the entries from the created list would be needed:
Now we would need the ability to select multiple tickets from the overview and change their "category" all at once using a dropdown button. Unfortunately, I can't find a suitable line in /var/www/osTicket/upload/include/staff/ticket-view.inc.php, let alone have any idea how this could best be approached...
For any ideas, suggestions, or insights, I would be eternally grateful 🙂
