Is it possible to change the default tab at the bottom of the ticket view from "Post Reply" to "Post Internal Note"?
I found a few different ways to do this in older versions, but nothing that seems to match up with 1.18. Thank you!

No, but there is a button to quickly open the Post Internal Note tab. Within the action buttons at the top of each Ticket you'll find the Post Internal Note button (see image below). When clicking the button it will auto-scroll to the bottom and automatically open the Post Internal Note tab.
