I've been researching the fix to this issue for hours. When I include the "Original Message" in the ticket Response, the editor inserts the message, but where there are line breaks/paragraph breaks, it inserts an extra break. This obviously keeps compounding every time I respond to the ticket and include the "Original Message" with the response. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Is this a Redact version issue on my Ubuntu 22.04 server. Using the latest osTicket 1.18.1 version. This has nothing to do with the "Line Spacing" option being set to single/double. I've tried that and it is set to "Single". And from what I understand, that is just a setting so that when I enter hit enter in the editor it puts one or two lines in depending on that value. That seems to be working just fine. Is this a possible bug, or an issue with Redact? Version of Redact?
