Hello, I have a question who I haven't really find an anserwed on this forum. I would like to forbit ticket creation by mail, but where customers could still reply to the ticket by mail. Do you know if it's possible ? Thanks Léa

Simple, use Ticket Filters. Set Source to Email, Rules = User / Email Address > Contains > @, and Actions = Reject Ticket. Filters only apply to new Tickets.
