Hi Team,
We have implemented the auto ticket creation through email using Gmail IMAP service. but we found some of tickets are not being created in Osticket.

While we checked at our end found, we moved 10 email to one folder for ticket creation but out 10 only 7 created and 3 not and those mail also moved to other email folder, when search and found those mails in unread in All mail section.
Kindly help to solve this issue as impacting the process.
