good morning, I have to manage the single ticket portal for 3 companies that are associated,
each company has its own domain and tickets are opened at the main company address (Acompany) at ticket@Acompany.com
3 different departments were generated, A, B and C.
it is possible to make so that when a user who writes from user@Acompany.com generates a ticket it is put directly in the A department, while if he writes from user@Bcompany.com in the B department, and from user@Ccompany.com in the C department?
basically have only one receiving address and automatically sort tickets to the correct department?
I know that generating an email ticket for each company is possible, but I wanted to have a unique address for the whole group.
