Some of our agents have recently experienced being automatically placed into Vacation mode without any action on their part. We guess that it occurred due to extended periods of inactivity from the agent side. Is this something expected? if so, how to disable this?

    No, the system does not automatically put anyone on vacation mode. It’s done manually by admins. You should download and install the Audit Log plugin to track such changes to see who is doing it.
