Good Morning Everyone.
I am running osticket version 1.18.1 and I would like to only allow people from our 365 tenant to log into the system as users to log tickets. I have one local user (myself as admin)
At present I have outh2 plugin installed and working, and I thought this may give me what I want, but looks like I am missing something.
If a user visits our osticket link: https://**/elpdesk/scp/ they see a screen for them to auth via 365
however when they do they are redirected to this link: https://**/elpdesk/ - they cant do anything from here and essentially it is a loop when they click 365 auth again.
Because I have set 'require registration and login to create tickets' ticked and 'private' they get to an open ticket screen but cant do anything - I almost want to disable this part so you login straight through as a 365 auth'ed user.
I hope that all makes sense.
