Hi, I've had this problem since last week. I installed version 1.17.5 but email fetching doesn't work. I've tested the SMTP Diagnostic send and it works with the mail concerned. Have you found a solution?

Are you able to save changes on the Remote Mailbox tab with the Status set to Enabled? If so then you likely didn’t enable email fetching at the system level (Admin Panel > Emails > Settings > Email Fetching) or you didn’t configure a cron job/scheduled task.

Did you setup a working cron job/scheduled task? I linked the relevant docs above.
