Number of attachments under scp ticket settings

Hi,

Maximum Attachments Allowed by the end-user: If necessary, the number of files can be limited per upload of attachments.

Under scp admin ticket settings - is this the number of attachments (per user per ticket) or is this a user aggrigate value per ticket for everyone?

Limits per ticket/per message. Say you set it to 2 the system will only let the user upload a maximum of 2 files when creating the Ticket (in Issue Details) and whenever they add a new message. Note, for custom file upload fields they each have their own individual setting for this. The setting you referenced above is strictly for Issue Details and the New Message text area fields.
