I'm trying to grant admin access to an existing email address login, but I'm unable to find the option in Admin panel.
The login I'm trying to give admin access to is available in the Admin panel -> Emails -> Emails, and it is selected as the default. I thought to create a new agent with the same name, but it resulted in an error as the email address is already in use. Could you please assist?
