Update auth-2fa plugin

Hello there!
I've made some minor updates to the auth-2fa plugin and when I try to make the phar file I'm getting this message:
php -dphar.readonly=0 make.php build auth-2fa
"Specify Crowdin API key to integrate language files"

What I need to do in order to create the .phar file?

Ok, but the .phar file isn't generated.
Should I need to do anything else in order to create the phar file?

I just created the phar file!!
I had forgotten to install the dependencies with composer

As a side note, plugins dont have to be phar to work.
I ran my auth-ldap plugin as a folder for years.
