Hello everyone, I have a problem with signing in response to threads.
We would like the individual operator to be able to add their signature in response. I noticed that even if I select to use my signature, the Company Name always appears in response and I cannot get this parameter to field. Each operator has set their own signature, and the various teams also have their own signature set, but even when selecting it, the response to the discussion always comes out with the Company Name and not with the personalized signature.
What am I doing wrong?
