Email not fetch - Everything has been configured successfully

I have set up Zoho Mail IMAP for fetching emails in osticket. All setup completed and no errors occurred. I sent emails out via SMTP completely normal.
However, fetching emails does not work. I turned on the Debug log but nothing happened.
Please give me some ideas to solve it

have you tested it from the Diagnostic tab: /scp/emailtest.php
if you entered the correct account info, it should work.
check the mailbox log to see if there are any errors
Nothing showing in System Log?: /scp/logs.php

ramrajone I tried sending the email to another email and it was successful. However, fetching messages doesn't work.
