Clients see the number of all tickets on website

Greetings,
i'm currently installing osTicket at our Site.
I'm a bit confused about the feature, in which the client always sees the number of tickets he has created on the Website. On the header it is shown with "Tickets(x)" and on the top it is shown as "Tickets(x)".
I think it is a bit confusing, because I don't think that any of our clients would want to know, how many tickets he has created in his lifetime. It would be nicer if it only shows the amount of open Tickets he has.

You would need to customize the code to your liking then. This is hardcoded and cannot be changed within the helpdesk configurations, etc.
