Problem with configuring Email in osTicket - Gmail

Hi,
I have a problem with configuring gmail box. I can't configure authentication for the mailbox. When I click on config, a login panel appears for which I have no password. I want to configure Basic Authentication.

Can you give me a hint what the problem is?

To use Basic Auth you need to input the Username and Password. If it’s not letting you then set authentication to None, set Status to Disabled, Save Changes so the host name and port number is saved, then set Authentication to Basic Authentication, input the password, and try to save the popup.

Okey, but what if I didn't know the password? Because when I was Adding new Email Address, there were no such sections to configure like username and password to set up.

This is for configuring an email you have access to and own. If you do not own this address or if you don't have access to this address then there is no way to configure it in the helpdesk.

The email has to exist before you configure it in osTicket. So you must go create a real email in Gmail then come back and configure it in osTicket.

Of course, the email address exists. But the password for this account doesn't match and I am unable to configure the Basic Authentication.

Then contact your email admin for further assistance. Have them reset the password for you.

Ok then what about Oauth2 ? I'm trying to connect it with my google account but I get 401 error. Which means in my opinion that smth is wrong with the configuration for Oauth. Screenshot below:
