How to permit that user can to change priority level

Hi, I need to permit at some user to change tkt priority level but only on a specific company. Is there any way?
for example, I have an
Organization with 10 users and must that one o of these users can to change the priorty level only on their organization

Users cannot see nor edit their organization. Only Agents can make updates to Organization information.

As far as updating the priority for individual Tickets goes, it's either all or nothing. Meaning you allow all users to view/edit the field or none.

Please specify wether you mean Users or Agents. Users are your end-users that are opening Tickets for issues, questions, etc. Agents are your staff members that are resolving/answering Tickets.

It’s an all or nothing ordeal. Meaning you let all users view/edit it or none.

Go to Admin Panel > Manage > Forms > Ticket Details Form, click Config next to Priority, then click Permissions. Here you will see the available permissions for Users and Agents for the Priority field.
