If you are truly using 1.11.x (like you tagged) then you are using an extremely old and no longer supported version. You would need to upgrade to the latest release and retest.

Cheers.

Is there any other way or change I could do rather than upgrading as our company's whole system is running on this version.

Not really, no. The 1.11.x series was super buggy and quickly abandoned in favor of the more stable 1.12.x series. However we are now on the 1.18.x series so only 1.17.x and 1.18.x are supported at this time.

The best way to resolve issues is to ensure you are using the latest stable release with the latest supported prerequisites. If you can replicate the issue using the latest codebase then you can report the bug on our GitHub repo. However, since 1.11.x is no longer supported you will not receive any support for any issues.

      Cheers.
