The time to open a ticket is taking a long time from 2 to 6 minutes, the page keeps loading. The ticket opens normally, but the screen keeps loading and some users are laypeople. What can it be?

Are you talking about creating a Ticket in the Client Portal or the Agent Panel? To me it sounds like the outgoing (SMTP) email is taking forever to connect and/or generate and send the emails to all the recipients. Check all of your outgoing mail settings and connections to ensure they connect in a timely manner. To test this you can go to each System Email with SMTP configured and Save Changes to test the connection.

Hello, the page for the user loads, lasting around 3 minutes. I made some changes to the settings but this delay still persists. Could it be something in the code?
It may be a long running query in MySQL. Enable slow query logs and see if there are any long running queries when creating a Ticket.
