Hello, I see mailer daemons are getting added as collaborators to tickets despite disabling Accept Email Collaborators from the UI.
please let us know how to stop this mailer daemon from being added as collaborators.

Add mailer daemon to the system ban list. I think we still thread them through as collaborator as it’s a bounce/failure notice.
