We actually have something coming soon that will appease the anticipation. A preview if you will. No certain date but it’s coming. We are pushing hard for it (our fingers hurt, and we have less hair).

I'm not sure a politician from VT would get much traction asking for updates from LA. 😛
I was going to ask something about this as well. I’m in the middle of evaluating different ticketing systems and my first choice is osTicket, but my team all hate the UI and want something more modern.
May the Force guide our patience as we await.
