Cannot add images to text box while transferring tickets.

Hi Team,

While Transfering a ticket to new department, I am not able to add images to the text box that pops up.

The same use to work fine in version v.10.x. Where i can paste the images directly into the text box.

Please let us know if this functionality was discarded

The text editor for these popups were changed to basic ones without much text formatting options. You can highlight text and see if there is an image upload button. If not then it will not accept images.

In other words... Transfers aren't really intended to use images.
