I'm trying to print the contents of a ticket but after creating the file it doesn't open, it says "unable to load the PDF document"; what should I do? Thank you.

Is the PDF corrupted or incomplete? Have you tried opening the PDF in a different application?

Also, post a screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information.
You should also check your logs (webserver and php).
