Question about gmail and oauth2

I don't understand how I should configure Gmail to send alerts to users when a task is closed or a new message is posted to the thread. I have tried to follow the steps of Modern Authentication (OAuth2) but I have not been able to send the emails. Would there be a video tutorial of the process?
Another question I have is that I am not interested in logging in with a Google account, I only want the email that sends notifications to users. I'm confused about the Agent mail (used to log in to the System) and the "Main" mail that is used to send the notifications to users. Which one should be configured following the Guide?
I will appreciate any kind of help.

Then you only need to configure OAuth2 for the System Email; not your Agent email. To configure a system email you can follow the below guides:

KevinTheJedi I had the gmail setup working perfectly until the change occurred that forced us to have to authenticate with Oauth2.
My problem today is after the SSO authentication is completed, instead of returning to the Agent control panel, I'm redirected to the default client home page like the user of the following link:.
I tried with an Outlook mail but the problem is the same.

Then you don’t have something setup right or maybe you don’t have cURL root certificate installed and configured in your PHP INI or something.

KevinTheJedi I don't know if it is the problem or just a part of them. My Callback Endpoint is:
http://localhost/osTicket/api/auth/oauth2 and I read here in the forum that It has to be "https" instead of "http"and and not localhost or local machine name are allowed.
Also I noticed that there are three rules on URL rewrite I think there are by default as part of the Osticket installation.
My computer knowledge is not enough to solve this redirect and name change thing without a tutorial.
The only thing I found is how to go from HTTP to HTTPS but I don't know how to avoid the name "localhost" and what to do with the three rules that already exist.

You misinterpreted the statements you read. You only need HTTPS if you don't use localhost. localhost can definitely be used for local machines. You can read about O365's Redirect URI restrictions below:
