Exporting tickets custom field download problem

Hi Team,
I have setup some custom fields in OsTicket as below:

Please find some examples:

But, while exporting the tickets, these columns names are showing as key id (key, key1, key2). But here we require the value (Key Name)
Please assist how to solve this issue.

So do I need to write keys in quotes as mentioned in docs shared by you?

Your _form_entry_values values should look like {"key":"Costco"} for choices fields. Your _ticket__cdata values should look like key,Costco or key for choices fields.

Oh, I thought you meant adding quotes to the values stored in the database. The actual Choices in the field config should be like:

key:Value
key2:Value 2
key3:Value 3

Thanks for quick response.
Yes, the value added as it is only. But as I mentioned while exporting data the value is showing export csv file as key, key1, key2 instead of key value i.e. Inbound, Outbound etc.
key: Inbound
key1: Outbound
key2: Others

Yea as I said I can’t replicate this so I’ll have to do deeper digging. I’ll add this to the bug sheet however this will take a while to look into. For now I’d suggest switching to Lists instead.

Okay Thanks, will wait for resolution.
As you suggested to switch to Lists instead. How to do that? I have not found any option-

Go create a custom list Manage > Lists and then it will appear as a field type.

Okay, got it.

I have one more query, I want to create a list and then a value box option.
Example: The agent will select ID Type using the drop down list and then in Text box agent will fill in some value.
How we can do that?

Currently, I am doing like below, but its not looks good.
