OSTicket upgrade on localhost v1.10 -> v1.17 is not possible. Also i've tried MAMP, XAMP and USBSever, but the database is giving me warnings. OSTicket is personolized.
Do you know how to solve this problem?

You are not using the correct osTicket package then as it’s saying you are trying to upgrade to v1.11; not v1.17. Download v1.17.5 or v1.18.1 from our website and follow the upgrade guide:
