I already answered on Github but I'll put my response below:
I would assume your Exchange Server 2016 doesn't support OAuth2 authentication. If that's the case you need to use Basic Authentication (username + password). You can find your IMAP and SMTP connection information by following the steps in this guide.

That means your server cannot connect to your mailserver. You need to contact your hosting provider and/or mail provider for further assistance.

Yes, that appears to be the port you typed in. In order for you to use a port it must be open on the server.
