In the OSticketing tool after creating a Ticket Email notifications are not getting to users, checked all the settings everything seems to be fine,

SMTP requires authentication. You need to configure auth for SMTP and retest. Also, the error states that the server cannot connect to that host and port. You need to reach out to your hosting provider for further assistance.

Choki It also states Temporary failure in name resolution. You are also having DNS issues.
