When I enter in admin panel and I want to see all the logs, but I get the php error in the indicated line.
What could be happening?
You need to upgrade to the latest osTicket release and install the latest build of the audit log plugin for that version. Seems like you are using old build of the plugin.
It is already updated to the version indicated on the official Osticket website.
Well you either didn’t do it correctly or the server is still caching the old version. Restart the server and retest.
