I see the image now. That simply means your database is struggling to run the query for that queue. Please look at this post:
Then enable the Slow Query logs and see if that query is taking a long time to execute. If so, then you need further optimization or dedicate more resources to the database or upgrade/switch to MySQL 8.0.
