Hi, at the moment I have 2 instances of osticket 1.17, one used for internal ticketing of my company XY and one dedicated to the support of my customer ABC, because by keeping only one instance, when my customer ABC accesses the portal to open tickets, he also sees the help topics dedicated to the internal support of my employees, so to differentiate the help topics for each customer, I am forced to create different instances.
I wanted to ask the following:
1) is it planned in the next versions to split the help topics, so that each customer accessing the portal sees only the help topics dedicated to his organization?
2) i would like to make it so that when opening rfc with certain help topics, there is an approval process by the it manager, who approves and then turns over to the team running the rfc? i don't see an Approve or Reject button anywhere.
3) is it planned to be released on docker and/or kubernates? at the moment i had to create custom docker image with the source code
