Good morning everyone,
on a new installation, I don't see anything when I click on the help tip icon. Does it only happen to me?

You need to check all of your various logs for any related errors.

NGINX is not supported out of the box. Only Apache, LiteSpeed, and IIS are fully supported out of the box. If you must use NGINX you need look at the various other posts on this forum or google guides online for the correct NGINX rules to use.
