Installed OsTicket. Downloaded the localization package. I uploaded it to the include\i18n\ folder. In the settings I selected the newly installed primary language. Almost everything has changed. But the Timepicker to jQuery calendar doesn't seem to see the locale. and uses it by default. What am I doing wrong?
