Hi all, I had to recreate the Azure App Registration recently because of an unrelated issue. I ended up just recreating the 'default' email in osTicket as well to ensure I could start fresh with the setup instructions. However, I'm continuing to use the same O365 mailbox.
After following the instructions step by step, mail fetching is not working. However, I'm able to test outgoing/smtp sucessfully. I've been doublechecking all settings and they all appear correct.
I checked the scheduled task that I had that had been working and it all appears fine.
What else should I be checking? Thank you!
