It is possible to allow a user to see all the tickets withouth giving them 'admin' role/permissions in version 1.12?

User or Agent? For users, no, not unless you add them all to an Organization and enable Ticket Sharing. For Agents, yes, simply add them to every Department in the system.

Thanks Kevin. I added them in as an agent and restricted what they can do (for our senior leadership).
