when i serching any data in ticket portal it took 5 to 6 sec for result, here i am assign to make osTicket response faster.
so how can i do that ?
i checked in chrome waterfall which shows some request takes more time.
and i have one question why some request load the whole html
hello , one more thing when i see the waterfall it showing me the whole data , in which i find out favicon.ico which taking average 4 seconds to process i don't know what it is i can't find even in my code and in my os ticket favicon is not visible help me out.

my server response is slow in OSTicket , but other projects on same server is faster , so the older version can be a problem ??

1.10.x is way old and no longer supported. It’s recommended to upgrade to a supported version that has all the current bug fixes, security patches, and performance improvements.
