Inform another person about the ticket

Hello,
I would like to solve the following problem:

We have around 20 schools and teachers can write tickets there.
In every school there is a technical employee who absolutely has to get a copy of this ticket. How can I automate this with osTicket?

I queried the school as a data field and the technical employees are also stored as customers. How can I create a link here?

Create an Organization, add each school member to the organization, then add the Tech as a Primary Contact, and then enable the option for Automated a collaboration. This way the Org tech always gets added as a CC so they can see all correspondence with tickets within the organization.
