I don't understand why in the page Knowledge (client side) i see a wrong footer while in the all other page a I can see the correct footer.

Seems like you are either running an older version of the software or running a modded osTicket as the core file does not look like that. We cannot assist with any modifications; you are always on your own with any mods.
