G'day guys,

I'm running 1.7.1 (1.7.1.1 doesn't work for me - check http://osticket.com/forums/showthread.php?t=16877(http://osticket.com/forums/showthread.php?t=16877))

System:

- Debian Squeeze 64 bit

- mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.5.30, for debian-linux-gnu (x86_64) using readline 6.1

- PHP Version 5.3.24-1~dotdeb.0

- SMTP setup with SSL

But the landing page:

https://www.swartsit.com/support(https://www.swartsit.com/support) shows a text only version of the usual setup.

Please advise what I can do to rectify it... looks like the links are broken too, giving the wrong locations - actual location based on the webserver instead of the domainname.com/support/*etc*

Please help...

steve

What happens when you go to the admin side:

https://www.swartsit.com/support/scp(https://www.swartsit.com/support/scp)

What are you seeing for errors in your php logs and apache logs?

Admin side works fine...

Here is my apache access log when connecting to swartsit.com/support

http://pastebin.com/w1kQdYpq(http://pastebin.com/w1kQdYpq)

Here is my apache access log when connecting to swartsit.com/support/scp

http://pastebin.com/2sNeEqvA(http://pastebin.com/2sNeEqvA)

one goes for the actual file structure, comes up with only words and nothing else, the other shows properly.

Oh and apache error log says this:

File does not exist: /var/www/swartsit.com/web/support/web1, referer: https://swartsit.com/support(https://swartsit.com/support)

I wonder what causes that??

Ok a little more information:

I have tested my site on multiple computers, multiple IP's, something is very wrong.

http://swartsit.com/support(http://swartsit.com/support) - shows text but links are wrong

http://swartsit.com/support/scp(http://swartsit.com/support/scp) - works fine on firefox, however IE fails (compatibility?)

anyway this is weirding me out, definitely not working as it should

Steve

Fixed it with this:

I posted my help to another guy
