we have osTicket configured with Active Directory, so we can access the user directory
the problem is as an agent, i am trying to create new ticket on behalf of a specific user which he didn't connect yet to the osTicket server
so once, i click (new ticket), i type the email address below (Search existing users or add a new user)
the targeted user appears in the results, but once i double click on it, it won't fill the (create new user) form
at first, the agent had only (user directory) permission, i've added to it the (create) permission
trying again (new ticket), there are some users i can add, once i double click on them after the search, that way the (create new user) is filled automatically
but there is some users that appear after the search, but the double click on them won't fill the (create new user) form
so i cannot create a ticket on their behafl
i've done the same tests with the osticket administrator which has all access, and it is the same thing, some users in user directory appears after the search and unfortunately cannot be added
i've also tried to add the user in the users panel first, but it is also and exactly the same behaviour
but if i don't use the search, and then i enter the email address of the user and add it, the user will be listed as a guest and not registered, so it isn't the goal, we want be able that agents can add directory users which they haven't yet logged to the osticket server
so the question is why, why some directory users can be added and some other appear after the search but the double click on them do nothing at all ?
