I am using osTicket v 1.17.3.
When end users create a ticket, the form displays some of the end user information (client and email). But not all the fields that I would like to be displayed. In my case I would like the end users phone number to appear, along with other new data, that I have stored and listed in the contact information form. I added the new fields at
In Admin Panel -> Manage -> Forms -> Contact Information Form
But I don't know how to make them show up when the end user is going to open a new ticket or even if it is possible by the UI. Or if it is need to modify php files
