If your email provider doesn't have a firewall that blocks your IP you should be fine.

Is there any requirement for the SMTP IAMP outgoing port for the VPS server?

What do you mean? That’s the only way the services are available on any server; via the Hostname and Port Number. We don’t require any specific port number in osTicket. You simply input whatever port number your mail server requires. Your best bet is to reach out to your mail provider to see what hostname and port numbers you should use then contact your hosting provider to ensure that hostname and those posters are allowed/open.

Shlok_Raut_2001 I followed the official setting instructions of osTicket and used Gmail to send and receive emails. However, the previous problem was that the server provider I used did not have an email service (the email port was blocked by default). Through communication with my server provider, I was able to resolve the issue. solved this problem.

There is no way for us to tell you what information to use as we do not know what email provider you are using; we are not psychics. You will need to reach out to your mail provider to see what Hostnames and Port Numbers you should use for IMAP/POP3 and SMTP.

If the root of your issue is blocked ports then yes. You will also need to configure SMTP to send out mail reliably.
