Integrate Osticket With Chatbot

Is there any facility to integrate Osticket with any opensource chatbot so client can create ticket through chatbot if yes can kindly share with your recommended software and steps to configure .

We don’t have direct integrations but as long as the chatbot can send an API request you can send a request to create a Ticket:

Creation of the ticket using API calls is fine, but is there a defined way to pass information from an osTicket page to the iframe of the chatbot in order to identify already logged user? Best option would be to get as parameter a token that can be later used by the chatbot to get from some API the user/email and use that data to create the ticket.

I apologize, my goal was not to advertise to third parties.

I am comfortable with OsTicket and to promote its use I wanted to suggest to the user that yes, there are already integrations between the OsTicket API and some opensource chatbots that I have used.
